 | jakemr33 (6) 04/04/2005 | I try to drink as much as I can everyday (not too much though, there is such a thing as overhydration). helps flush out the crappy stuff, aids in digestion, helps transport oxygen to your muscles while engaged in physical activity, and the list goes on.....
