I was watching a game with Dave Neal doing the play-by-play, and after a segue back to him from some of her sideline reporting, he started off "And for anyone who cares..." At first I thought it was a pretty rude slam, but the more I hear of her, the better I understand exactly where he was coming from.

What are you guys talking about? Cara is a breath of fresh air! Everyone knows the references to things in the kitchen are what make a great announcer. In addition to lemonade, one of the best comments ever made on television "Don't throw it out of the kitchen, keep in the the pan!" Almost as good as Vitale's "Cupcake City" and Chick Hearn's "This game's in the refrigerator: the door is closed, the lights are out, the eggs are cooling, the butter's getting hard, and the Jell-O's jigglin'!" Go Cats!

A disgrace to basketball. She should be reading fluff stories on the local news about kittens wearing hats. A completely pathetic excuse for a broadcaster.

One of the worst play by play commentators is I have heard. The shrill of her voice drove me crazy.

Worst I've ever heard. She said the dumbest comments over and over. Here's a great one from the AZ Wazzu game. "Marcus Williams is the best in the country at making lemonade under the basket" WTF does that mean? She also kept hyping this game as the greatest game ever. Is this her first game? Has she ever anounced a game besides a high school contest?

She is sad. She can't pronounce the easiest words. She said that the pack went into the gal. She meant that the puck went into the goal and she didn't even correct herself. She can't announce so you can actually understand it. She uses the geekiest words. For example, she said,Tiger Woods is wearing his ga ga hairdo and the golf course is shaped like a little one saying her ga ga words while drinking her ga ga ish bottle. She can't resist from using baby words. I guess that it is her style. She is awful. How would you like to work with her? How would you feel if someone told you that you had to be repositioned with her so that the schedule works out for everyone. I feel sorry for whoever works for her. Apparently, ESPN thinks she is funny and will appeal to listeners. Maybe they have little kids and think it is funny. I would laugh so hard if someone tells me that they like her.
