I know John personally,... he is a gentleman and a truly nice guy, but unfortunately, he was set-up to fail by the Celtics management team. He was placed in the position of coach only until Celtic management could find someone better. Coaching a bunch of 20-something millionaire brats is no easy job. Unfortunately, John got the raw deal while he babysat for the Celtics after HJim O'Brien left the team. I wish him luck.
