The coffee is great and the shops are in malls,  so the snotty pretenders aren't hanging around.

Great cold menu. Great for those who want more than the traditional fare. Lots of different creations. And the selection of beans is unelievable - especially the dessert coffees!

The aroma....undescribably great! Really big in aUSTRALIA.

Coffee is okay! My family prefers Starbucks and the people at the Gloria Jeans where we live are very rude and unprofessional! :(

I've had coffee at Gloria Jeans a few times with my girlfriend, its quality stuff. I had the butter rum latte both times, it was so good i just got it both times i went. Only problem is they dont sell Gloria Jean products at the store so i dont get to have it often. And i live about an hour from the nearest mall that sells it. I give this 5 stars

Gloria Jean's does a really good job with coffee. The company also seems to do a good job training staff on coffee and correct brewing. It is a chain coffee shop with franchises located in bigger cities, usually in malls. A nice reliable alternative for good coffee.

OK coffee...Always found in Malls though...Perhaps a few stand alones may up the appeal...

I've been to Gloria Jean's only twice but both times I liked it. I liked the coffee and did not think it was too strong, bitter, or acidic. I like the fact that it was also a coffee store and you could buy anything from accessories to mugs to high end coffee machines, as well as their selection of coffees. I don't get over to their location much any more but so far they are two thumbs up for two visits.

One of the pioneers in gourmet coffee. Has great variety in offerings. Few locations, though, and like one reviewer has mentioned, normally located in malls, which usually makes you want to get your java and go.

I don't like coffee but Gloria Jean's coffee smells better than any other company's coffee... so I thought it deserved my vote.

its good .. quite cheap i strongly recommend the cafe' au lait with the irish cream flavour and the french vanie - crips are not bad , mochatichino is the best !! service should be improved and the colors in the shop as well ..

I have been to a few locations of Gloria Jean's. They were all located in shopping malls, so the ambiance wasnt that great. What I really liked was not the coffee itself, but the selection of flavorings and add-ins they offer (cinnamon or vanilla powder, chocolate spoons, etc.)

Wow... you haven't had coffee if you haven't been to Gloria Jean's. They sell pretty much every imaginable coffee, and it all tastes WONDERFUL! You can get hot coffee, iced coffee, frozen coffee, and lots of other coffee drinks, with all sorts of delicious add-ins you can have them add to your drink, and all sorts of flavored coffees they have as well. If you're in need of a quality caffeine buzz, this is the place to get it from, whatever style of coffee you may get, you won't go wrong!
