Downtown Eye Care is one of the best doctor offices I've visited. Dr Frank did an incredible job. She figured out why my contacts were hurting and put me on a new pair that feels a lot better. I was impressed by the technology in the office. They had all the latest equipment, and were able to run tests my former eye doctor hadn't been able to. Overall, the doctor was very friendly and I felt like I could ask her any question or tell her if I had a complaint.
