Chauncey was before my time on RIA, but tboneya was here for a year or so after I joined. Then one day he left with no explanation. I miss his postings.

To be honest, I don't think Chauncey or tboneya was either being racist. It's clear that tboneya sides with the Israelis and Chauncey sides with the Palestinians. It's just a very small political conflict that passed over.

Interesting to see tboneya get surly. Chauncey's responses were his usual pathetic internet troll fantasies, so this was pretty much over before it started. Tboneya in a walk. UPDATE GIVEN CHAUNCEYS COMMENT: What follows is an earlier comment of Chauncey. Do his defenders need any more proof that he's a lying waste of skin? CHAUNCEYS COMMENT ON tboneya FOLLOWS (written Feb 19, 2004: Not very helpful considering his utter ignorance of calling me an anti-Semitic racist fascist. I will neither forget nor forgive him for calling me anti-Semitic. That's as low as this person can go and I was hurt! ... He doesn't know me at all and needs to shut his yapper. ... I like and admire people who are Israelis and I have plenty of friends who are Jewish and I don't mind if Jewish people want to come here to the United States and emigrate here in our country. We have plenty in New York City and I don't mind having them here at all. I've always have respect for people who worship their religion and I enjoy having Jewish people accompanying with me in my apartment and work place. We play parlor games as well in downtown. ... I have given tons of money to the Anti-Defamation League and I would even be open to endorse Barbara Streisand if she wants to become president of the US someday so there's no need to call me anti-Semitic. ... I remember when I went to a Knicks game in the 2001 playoffs when Knicks players Charlie Ward and Allan Houston said things that bothered me concerning Jews. Ward that said Jews were a cancer to the body of Christ and Allan chimed in, chewing his gum, telling reporters that Jews spit on Jesus' face and beat Him with their fists. I was angry and wanted to confront them for making statements that are truly insensitive to me and the Jewish community. I booed those two players during the game and taunted them throughout the game. ... When Jerry Falwell said on Listen America that the next anti-Christ would be a Jew, I blew my stack and wanted to punch his mouth for saying that. How does Falwell know that the next anti-Christ could be Jewish? Is he a prognosticator or a psychic? I don't think so. ... And that Mel Gibson film has gone too far. If they show that film, I'll be outraged and join my friends in the ADL to boycott the film. That film's gonna end up with hateful rhetoric between Jews and Christians once again and I think Mel should be responsible for it. Never admired Mel Gibson; he's anti-Jew and a hatemonger. ... I remember going down to a tavern in Birmingham not so long ago and the place was filled with redneck bartenders who were saying stuff that all Jews care about was making money and they shouldn't come to their bar as customers. When I heard the bartenders spew crap like that right where I was sitting, I came to close quarters with each of them and exclaimed that if they don't wanna serve people of Jewish ancestry, they better not think about serving me either. I left the tavern abruptly and kicked the door open on my way out. ... We must start learning to love one another if we want world peace: Jew and Islam, Christians and athiests, black and white, gay and straight, innocent and guilty, rich and poor, young and old. CHAUNEY'S COMMENT ON THE RIVALRY. NOTE THE DATES ON THE ABOVE COMMENT AND THIS ONE.This is ridiculous. There is NO Rivalry between this weasel and myself. ... Heck I AM NOT even a part of this and definitely not a part of the rivalries. I am an independent vs. the entire Rate It All world, but no rivalry exists; I don't even know who this person is and I don't care either. - Rated By: Chauncey February 22, 2004
