02/22/2004 | Good for Treefrog that he proud of his gay son and has concerns regarding homophobia. Treefrog also mentioned to me by private message that his attacks on a different reviewer who happens to be openly gay (for gushing and cooing like a little girl) was not anti-gay because he was unaware of the man's sexuality. I'll accept that. However, it remains my opinion that the attack on Redoedo for making the supposed anti-gay remark was completely out of context of the actual review and the rest of the his published opinions. I also wonder how the fresh attack on Redoedo as a phony liberal is consistent with admitting he should have left Redoedo alone after his initial salvo. I look at this as mainly a knee jerk response on an emotional topic that isn't being fully put in the past, where it belongs, due to a touch of cynicism and pride from the elder reviewer.
