My friend selected bridesmaids dresses from here even though I warned her about this store - as I had never heard of anyone who had a good experince with them. All 6 of the bridesmaids had issues with ridiculous alteration charges, incorrect sizes ordered and rude employees. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

Everyone I have talked to that has delt with Nancy's Bridal has had a very negative experience. I find it hard to understand how they stay in business. I would recommend staying far away from their store. Finding you wedding gown should be a happy experience. Nancy's Bridal will take that wonderful experience and turn it into a nightmare. Try the Chic Bride in Noblesville. They will bend over backwards to help you find the perfect dress and make sure you are completely satisfied.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE! I with that I would have! Nancy and her employees made buying a wedding dress a horrible experience. I am a very easy going person - trust me! These people think they are better than everyone else and are pure snobs - it's unbelievable! They don't deserve your money. They get more and more rude after you put a deposit down. During my alterations, Nancy herself was a complete witch - I don't handle people who are "above" others. Anyway, I want to warn future brides of the horrible customer service you will receive...

You know the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts goes into the fancy store and is treated incredibly rudely by the salespeople? That describes the experience of trying to shop here.

I took the time to make an appointment and showed up early for it. I was completely ignored by everyone working the front desk. I was told they'd be with me in "just a minute" and looked at as the person answered the phone instead of talking to me!

The entire time we were in the store, only one salesperson spoke to us and that is because we approached her. They were the rudest people I have ever encountered in a store. I don't care if they have a good selection of dresses, I would rather drive from Indianapolis to Cincinnati to shop instead of going in this store again.

I would not recommend this store to anyone and my only advice is to stay far away!!!
