Well since I boarded my dog last weekend for the first time...he is 3 years 9 months old and this was his first time I think it went well with boarding..and Noah's has been his doctor since 6 1/2 weeks and very happy...but the grooming sucked...and I sent an email last night and did not get an answer...he is getting re-groomed tommorow with an exptert...when he came home from you facitity he looked like a dog from the pound...I have no children..he is my child...I would have paid anything to for him to look like he usually does when groomed...but apparently your people do not care..if I do not get a response to this email which is my second...I will take my dog elsewhere..and I will do my best to kill Noah's and do not think I cannot....it will take years.but do not take me or my child lightly...it is so easy to please us...just pay attention to us....we are the masses and I know so many people
