Clan of the Cave Bear was great, but the rest of them just draaaaged on. You could have written the same information in half the books. I'll read the last one if and when it's ever published, but it's been 6 years and now I hear there might be another "final" book after this one. Seriously, you can find a better story series elsewhere.

i have never read anything so inspiring then this bool series. the only thing that has compared is my fasination with stories of my people the lenape indians of the delaware indians. i am drawn i think to this series because of the beliefs in the Mother and her in all that is. it follows many of the beliefs of my people. if you are not intriged by these books then i suggest you read them again and start at the beginning The Clan of the Cave Bear. i have never been the same
