TrueLocal is pretty cool. Their big thing is that they ONLY show you local business results (unlike G, Y, etc.). They also claim to be able to match up to different searches to key words... so you can look for soups and salads in Seattle or something. That doesn't seem to be working so well yet, but they're still in beta.
