The depth of the ocean is not dependent on how much rubbish we put in it. The ocean depth is already determined ie it is the depth of the land that the water is sitting on which determines how deep it is. Besides, the ocean is so big even if you did put all this rubbish in it, the only thing you would notice is dead fish.
