The show was great why did they cancell it for i want to know what happened to the pregeant woman.

Invasion is simply one of the best shows on television! Right up there with 24 on Fox.

This show is excellent. If you have not had a chance to catch the Invasion fever the ABC Family Network is doing an "Invasion" marathon starting tomorrow 04-15-06 at 12:00 noon. New episodes start back next week (I believe) on ABC. This show is very well produced and is not your typical "Sci-Fi" adventure. Even though it has the Sci-Fi angles it has other story lines that can keep any viewer interested. Coming on right after my favorite show "LOST" it just makes for a great night of TV. Try it for a couple of episodes and you may just get hooked.

One of the best shows on television. I really hope ABC brings this show back it is the ONLY reason I tune into ABC AND its commercials.

It has all of what you need. A great story line without the need for special effects to support or substitute for the lack thereof. Has moments of creepiness and plausible storyline; especially for us sci-fi'ers.

This show is AWESOME!!! Just wish they would consistently air episodes instead of leaving 2, 3, 4 weeks between episodes!!

Please don't cancell this show. Every week I can't wait to see what is next the next episode. I love this show. Nil M.

why hasn't it been on???? i really like this show!!!

The acting is very mixed: the Canadian actress playing "Mariel" is quite talented; however, the actor playing "Russell" is horrible (hey, he could be a great guy, but I have to be honest. It's campy, which it's supposed to be, but the line "it's not a tumor; it's a giant ovary" was pushing it. Still, it's the only sci fi tv out there that's got enough successful ambiguity to make you want to find out what the heck is really going on.

the show is fantastic, the settings are so great, you feel you are in Homestead, acting is great by all of them, great story line, come on keep it going

It started a little slow, but is really getting exciting. Hope ABC sticks with it!

The show is great, once again Shaun Cassidy is responsible for smart, unique television (think American Gothic).

Finally a show that's not reality tv. Love the suspense. It's the fastest hour on tv, great show!

I love Invasion. I was a big X-Files fan, so I miss these kind of mysterious shows with good stories. I love Lost and Invasion, those are my two favorite shows right now Keep up the good work!!

Unusually good. It moves slowly and is filmed a bit like a soap opera, but it all works well. The writting is top drawer. I love alien shows but they are few and far betwee, Surface doesn't have the writing. This show remonds me of the Invaders with Roy Thinnes fron 40 years ago. I love the alien Dr./wife and her attempts to fight being taken over by her alien DNA.

I watched all three new Sci-Fi shows, Invasion, Surface and Threshold. Invasion I give two thumbs up and five stars, it is great, better than when "V" (Visitors) came out and I loved that show. I also give Surface two thumbs up, but I only give it four stars, because the only thing that keeps me interested in it is Miles and Nim but now they killed Nim off, so I don't know how interested I will be in it, because I feel Nim cared for Miles why they chose to kill him off is beyond me. Threshold??? Good gravy.. that show I give two thumbs DOWN... it is nuts, and doesn't keep me interested at all! Threshold is just a crazy show, and I am glad they are pulling it.

Invasion has exeeded all me expectations so far I'm giving it a big THUMBS UP :-) Complex Characters, Outstanding Acting, Compelling Mystery, Lush Settings, and Family Element :-) Everyone and everything clicks on this series and I"m hoping Invasion survives and ABC keeps it going .. Pam

I've been a SciFi fan for many decades and I've given this show it's chance for redemption. Welllllll, after three episodes it's 3 strikes and it's out. (or at least "OFF", my Tivo that is!) The plots are weak, the dialog has me fast forwarding through it and there's just little to hold my interest. Unlike "Surface" which actually seems to have a story developing and acting like it's going someplace, Invasion is outta my weekly shows. Sorry guys, you coulda/shoulda given it a set of legs, so it could get some momentum. It's still stuck out there in the swamp doing a bad impersonation of a yellow lava light!

I'm going to give this one four stars just because I have actually heard of it, which is not the case for most of the shows on this list.

Most of the actors are cheasy and un-convincing, except the main, famous charactors. The dialogue sounds fake and everybody talks too fast. The plot is very slow going and somewhat predictable, and especially it always portrays aliens as a threat, rather than a positive lifeform that they likely must be in reality.

what would you compare this program too? X-Files? Angel? Stars: William Fichtner (Black Hawk Down) and Eddie Cibrian (Third Watch, Y&R)

The only halfway decent show concerning aliens ever done was 3rd Rock from the Sun. And that's only because it was a comedy. Sorry, I'm over the age of 10 - I can't take the idea seriously.

You lost me on the alien-theme. My rating could improve depending who's starring in it.
