I have also tried a lot of vodkas, but when ever I can find LUKSUSOWA I will NOT buy any other vodka. I agree that it has a very smooth taste..... I would recomend this vodka over any other brand period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN FACT, I AM HAVING SOME RIGHT NOW. UMMMMMM

Excellent potato vodka. Rather smooth with only a slight bite in the finish. Excellent value

My favorite vodka bar none and I've tried just about all of them. Luscious, creamy, smooth and clean. I rank it ahead of all the best grain vodkas by far. I can try to make a case for Chopin but when I taste them side by side without the fancy Chopin bottle, I go with the Luks every time. I have been drinking Vodka for over 30 yrs. and I will choose the potato vodkas every time. If you want to serve the best at any price or if you think price is the only way to judge fine vodka think again! Try a bottle of Luksusova cold from the freezer or fridge and simply sit back and enjoy the silky smooth mouth appeal and taste of this fine vodka.

I'm one of those guys who is very particular about his booze. You know, a liquor snob. Jack Daniel's - yes, indubitably, nothing else will do. Vodka? Distilled from potatoes. Keep the grain stuff...it's not real vodka as far as I'm concerned. And preferably, it should come from Poland since, though the Russians will have you believe vodka originated there, it did not. Poland has claim to the original beverage. And, it was made from potatoes. Now to Luksusowa which is made in Poland out of potatoes, thus ahead of our game entirely. It is not only smooth, it is a delight to the palate, especially since vodka is, by its nature, almost tasteless. There is the slightest hint of a creamy afterthought when drinking it straight. It is abundantly courteous, lacking that smack to your sensibilities gin and some other excuses for vodka reward you with upon imbibing. Luksusowa is genteel as a Martini, adventurous as a Sea Breeze, warmly decadent as a White Russian, and wonderfully libe... Read more

5 Stars: well, this Vodka puts much more expensive Vodka's to shame, it's likely one of the best buys out there right now and i'm hoping it never becomes incredibly popular through marketing that'll make the price jack way up! its taste is clean and smooth, the texture is great, no burn at all. it's not overly sweet like some other vodkas. i usually drink it neat or straight up, sometimes i'll make a martini with it. for the price you can't beat it, it blows away Grey Goose that costs double, also absolut, ice berg, polar ice, and many others.

A Potato Vodka with just a bit more "bite" than Monopolowa. It is much easier to find and is a great vodka for the price. For those who have asked, it is pronounced "Luck Sue So Va".

Vodka traditionally was made from potatoes..... so, it is no surprise to me that it is lovely. They can take their new grain alcohol elsewhere. I have been making my Martini's with it for 10 years and still cannot pronounce it.

I have a new vodka! I was a die hard Svedka drinker and still like it but a friend always buys Luksusowa and I tried it and now I am hooked....even smoother than Svedka and only $2.00 more a 1.75 ltr bottle...my only complaint: HOW THE HELL DO YOU PRONOUNCE IT!

Vodka needs to be made from Potato; otherwise it is just grain alcohol. Distill anything and add water to 80 proof and call it vodka - I think not. Vodka is potato:potato is vodka:Luksusowa is potato...ok

My friend brought me some back from a Canadian fishing trip. It shocked me as it was so smooth and good. It really is good for a low budget price!

I love Potato Vodkas over Grains. My favorite has always been Chopin. For the price though, you can't beat Luksusowa. There is nothing in its price range or many costing more that are this good. It is surprising for only a triple distill. By this, drink it straight, shaken in ice, mix it, it don't matter the taste and cost make it versatile.

A real good vodka at a fair price- a wee bite at the start- that soon fades- great for a straight up martini- lots of character.

A Polish product I was recently introduced to, this stuff is as close to nectar as vodka gets. Best kept in the freezer and drank as a shot or a short one over ice. Doesn't mix particularly well with juices. Something this good, you don't want to risk diluting anyway.

Good Polish vodka when mixed or straight. Inexpensive.

Very good potato vodka. Has a very slight bite that makes it better straight than in a martini. I think the slight bite adds character/flavor that is the reason people add vermouth to their vodka to make a martini (kangaroo). I think the bite is similiar to the vermouth flavor and therefore conflicts with it. This vodka was made to be drank up (shaken with ice and strained). It would probably be good chilled also but I think the littel bit of water added from shaking it with ice brings out the flavor. If you like this stuff you would love Chopin... same smooth and viscous feel and no bite. This is my 2nd favorite vodka next to Chopin. That being said I can't rate it as high as I rate Stoli or Kettle one because those vodka's are good straight and mixed. Luks just doesn't mix as well... but again I like it up!
