It's been a while since I've been on a picnic. It's a nice way to spend the day with the family. I might have to make it a point to do this soon. With fried chicken of course.

it's good if you have nothing to do on a sunday

Not really. Why the heck for? Once I left the picnic table to go pooh-pooh some fat guy hogged up my tacos, tortilla chips and french fries. Next time I'm having my picnic indoors.

I don't even remember the last time I had a picnic...so I guess I wouldn't say this is my favorite thing to do on Sunday. It does sound like it could be fun however. I just don't think my family or friends would want to do this with me...and I certainly wouldn't do it alone...

This, along with a light hike out to the lake, is great. The weather is finally getting a little warmer, so I'm looking forward to our first picnic.

The beach is the best place for this here, and you can go all year... perfect idea for a Sunday afternoon.

Certainly not in February, at least where I live. But come July and August this can be pleasant if we can find a reasonably secluded and pastoral spot.

Not now, it's too cold and windy outside.
