Erin showed that you can be pretty and smart and should not be put down because of that. She had an edge that no one else had and offered a lot to her team. She could have gone a lot furthur and did a wonderful job on every task.

she thinks and acts like me. i love it. i must question myself if i could handle someone like her however. a relationship i think would devolve into a competition of who's cooler. lmao. tbh i only saw her in part of her last episode, however. maybe she turned on the charm, haha. as for being fake. i did not watch much but perhaps it is because she acts like she does not need anybody, and therefore nobody can expect anything from her. she is indeed charming and has a strong personality - i love it. i don't know what is meant by not taken seriously - she is definitely uncontrollable and sees herself at the top, needing and obeying nobody, and thus the priorities that other people hold important will not be so grave to her. As for beauty, she is pretty but not super good looking; however, yes she has that damn charisma. DAMN cool - untouchable

The 5 rating is based solely on looks. I think she is drop dead gorgeous. But I reserve the right to cahnge this after seeing more of her performences on the show. I think she is great in the boardroom, (she is an attorney), but not sure if she is business savvy enough yet..but Erin is fine as hell!

She really is actually okay. These past weeks, she has been actually very strong. She might make it pretty far. We'll see though. We'll see.

I am not impressed with her leadership skills. She doesn't know how to handle people. If she can't handle confrontation, she will not be able to lead in one of Trump's companies. She let Bren handle the irate actress, while she cowered. You can't do that. You have to know how to appease the people you lead.She is attractive, and She'd be great support for a company, but not leading.

She knows how to express herself and she can make it far. She defending her entire team to make sure none of them has to leave and they also stood up for her. I think it was great. Erin is very interessting and I like her a lot. She definately has the potential to become the next Apprentice.

Erin is extremely good with words, especially in the boardroom. She is a team player and does not backstab her teammates. I do however, think she is alittle fake with her actions and words and I think she may go far, but I don't think she will win.
