Get this rug-haired guy out of NBC. Nobody cares about his lousy applicants from every season. If his picture shows up on a TV guide for his stupid show, cut it out of the page and use it as a dartboard.

He is great, but as for apprentice show ,I would say he has failed in some things. The whole format to choose the candidate is wrong. He fired the person who did the most mistakes in their task. But,what more important is to choose the right personwho is smart , good attitude to learn,able to be the company president ,to become the Apprentice. In Apprentice 2&3, I have only watch all the survivor to win. People like Tara, Chris...... may be better than Kendra. I suggest the Combat Mission series format, it may be better.And how Donald, can be so careless in picking up the president of the company. The winner should be the best one. However,the show is only testing candidates on 'survivor skill'. It's better to change the name The Apprentice into the survivor. He failed!!!!!!!!

Trump is a narrow-minded, biased creep! He might as well be saying The Apprentice: for College Graduates only because it's so obvious that he is never, I repeat, NEVER going to hire a HS graduate. Yes Tana failed the last task on her own, but he made sure that she would receive the harder of the 2 final tasks. To all HS graduates out there: DO NOT APPLY TO BE ON THE APPRENTICE-IT'S ONLY FOR THE BOOK SMARTS (COLLEGE GRADUATE)PEOPLE.

This is a weak season. The idea is fading because the candidates from this season seem more interested in exposure rather than being an apprentice. Show needs a new format.

Apprentice 3 is worst of the lot if these are top 16 candidates from one million it leaves a lot to be said of the intellect in this country running the business world

I feel that Donald should fired all the candidates for the Apprentice season 3 and move on to season 4 because none of them are worthy of becoming one of his apprentice. Maybe Trump should reconsider some of the previous Apprentice candidate which he fired to get a chance to compete again. Candidates like Troy, Kwame and Amy from season 1 and Sandy, Kevin and Jen. M from season 2.

I'm sick of Donald Trump, bring on Martha Stewart. Time for another hated business icon to take over.

doing okay this season. He kicks of the right people at the right time.

He has good judgment and is very successful in the business world, but he just has such an ego!
