Mark Sanford 3

I don't see this candidacy going far. On paper, he seems to be strong choice--he's a ormer congressman and current governor of South Carolina. But job losses in his state along with a messy fiscal situation will be key points that Democrats will bring up in a national election. I don't see this candidacy going far.

A bit unknown, but I like the guy. ---- Governors are more likely to win than any other office. And Sanford is a governor of an economically forward moving state - South Carolina. If the Dems win in '08 (doubtful) and Sanford is still active in South Carolina politics, he would be a good bet in '12.

Mark Sanford is a very good nomination. He is the most attractive candidate in the Republican party. He is the John F. Kennedy in the Republican. If you put the Conservative and the Gemini I (May 25-June 2) person into the Republican Presidential Candidacy, that person will win wonderfully. The South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford (the Governor of Strom Thurmmond's home State) had been the 6 years of U.S. Representative 1st District South Carolina, and 2 years of South Carolina Governor. He is not yet really matured to run the President. If he wants to be a solid U.S. Presidential Candidate, he has to finish 8 terms of Governor at least, and then a talential 1 or 2 term U.S. Senate. Can he become the second Jeb Bush? Sanford informed he is not going to run for the Presidnet. If he runs for the President, Jeb Bush is going to beat him in the Republican primary nomination. How about the F. D. Rooselvet had been the 3 years of New York Governor and won the U.S. President in 1932? Senators don't win the President, but the Governors do. He is merely 45 years old now. Obviously, Governor Mark Sanford has the preoccupying charisma and characteristics to be used for some kinds of political wit like John F. Kennedy and Rudy Giuliani to revive the honor of the Bush Dynasty. The Governor Mark Sanford's future is very beautiful. If he competes for Presidential Candidacy, he will probably be the third youngest President in the U.S. history, but may be controversial.
