Perhaps not the most talented vocalist ever, but certainly extremely iconic and influential. And it's not really as if anyone is more rock 'n' roll than Ozzy...

Does great with a limited vocal range

Not the best singer in the world, Sabbath had many better but not as fitting for a heavy metal band as the Blizzard of Ozz himself. He really is a legend on every level, most importantly being the vocalist for the first TRUE metal band.

I love Ozzy as a dude and a songwriter,but he was never at the top of my list of vocalists.
