Why not? What's the difference in that and your neighbor taking their dog for a walk and letting them take a dump in your yard, and then have the neighbor get upset at you because you called them on it? I have a cat, and my cat doesn't go outside. She uses a litter box. So I think, in turn, that the neighbor should be able to control their animals. If they can't, they shouldn't have one to begin with.Yes, it is a pet peeve of mine to have any animal unload in my yard.

No cat screws around in my yard because my roomates grizzly old black cat would pummel them.

We have this in our neighborhood. this woman has two very obnoxious cats who think the whole block belongs to them. They bully the other cats, walk all over the cars, and use our porch as a bathroom and other places to relieve themselves. They have the gall to go in other neighbors basements and eat the cat food left for their cats. Some of the other neighbors have tried to say something to her only for her to deny that it is her cats or she gets defensive and say they are picking on her.I would not be exaggetating to say they are the worst cats in our neighborhood.

Oh, Dear Jar-Jar; proving once again you know zip about doodah. Let me explain this so even someone who hates flowers can understand; cat poopie and especially kitty wee wee are bad for gardens. Aside from that, kitties being the neat freaks that nature made them, dig and paw and leave little ugly piles behind. Now, I personally admit to being guilty of being one of these cat owners because my late cat of 19 years was one little free spirit. Megan roamed and pottied when, if and where she felt like it during her long life. So, when I had some landscaping done a couple of years ago and the neighborhood cats fell in love with all the new mulch, I realized - I have no grounds to gripe about this AT all. I tried some natural methods - like putting out plants they supposedly don't like the smell of. But those plucky little felines just kept stopping by with their newspapers. So, I finally decided that it was something I was going to have to live with and now consider it just another gardening chore.

Good, because I hate flower gardens. Besides cat feces actually help your garden/yard. Good for fertilization.

That is usually an ideal time to water the flowers.
