Horrible experience. Sold us services and a service contract to the tune of about 2500.00 then came on their 1st "service visit" and said in the first 5 minutes (without looking at the system) that it was bad and needed to be replaced. But oh, we will give you some credit on a new 12,000.00 system. No thanks I will spend my money elsewhere.
