It's nothing special, but it's not bad flavor-wise. Health-wise is another issue. I wouldn't eat it regularly.

I've never even had this. Just don't eat it. If you're a vegetarian then you have no business dabbling around in burgerland. It will only lead to temptation for the real thing. Somehow I admire you 'all natural vegetarians' un-naturally not eating meat.
