The service dept is awful. The Service advisor, SEAN ( AKA service sales men, almost as bad as the car sales men) is the most incompetent employee they might have. He has absolutely NO customer service skills, and if you're a woman, well better luck next time. They had my vehicle for 3 DAYS a total of 30 hrs for TIRES.......The worst part is you want to take care of your vehicle. You want to bring it to the "best qualified",so you bring it to a GM Service Dealership.......and all you get is painfully slow, expensive, incompetent service....with absolutely NO customer appreciation.Considering the state of the American car industry....wheres the love? USE YOUR LOCAL AUTO REPAIR SHOP, IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY, TIME AND A LOT OF HEARTACKE, PLUS YOU WON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH ARIGANT PINCIL PUSHERS WHO CALL THEMSELVES "SERVICE ADVISORS" LIKE SEAN. P.S. IT TOOK THE SERVICE MANAGER TWO DAYS TO CALL ME BACK OUT OF THE THREE DAYS MY CAR WAS GETTING TIRES AT MIKE DAUGHERTY CHEVROLET.
