Outstanding service...they are informative...they even offerd tea & toys for my kids. Now that is service. I will only go to this particular store, as the others just don't stack up to this one. I tell all my friends & co-workers. Thank you to the store manager who I have seen in action, he keeps only the cream of the crop working at this store& it makes a difference.

Excellent bottled water, forced upon you by over-curtious employees. New flat screen TV and Motor Trend Magazines Staff is inexperienced in car maintenance and often slow. For $115 I got an oil change, air filter, and wiper blades, all in 1hr and 50 min! Company car, so expense didn't worry me, but time was troublesome. Apparently they didn't have the blades, so they sent someone shopping for them. I gave up on them, never again.

They are the best! They will get you in and out quickly and with a smile! Not all jiffy lubes are the same, so I only would recommend going to this one. The staff know what they are doing. Jiffylube.com offers a coupon you can print up and bring with you.
