Certainly did a surprisingly great job last season. But to give him a rating any higher after just one season in the NBA as a head coach is not fair or realistic to Nate or the other coaches.

Does great for my homwtown team Sonics. Which have one of the best teams, possibly second to my man Shaq and the Heat

I don't think he's qualified as a top head coach yet. he's the coach in seattle because of what he's done as a good player for SONICS. he only appeared once in playoffs (lost in 1st round) out of his third years.

I think he is an excellent coach! And it appears that he has a great relationship with the players and management.
