Like all the other previous posts, I too would strongly discourage you from using and would not recommend Bradford Shepherd Photography for your wedding.

I decided to use Bradford for our wedding in July of 2008, as I had this same problem with the initial wedding photographer I had hired and up until and including the wedding, he was easy to work with.

But like the others, once the wedding was over he was virtually impossible to reach when we tried to contact him. 9 months later I am still waiting to see all of my photos!! Only ¾ of them have been published online. Of which the time allotted to view those photos will expire in a month!

Working with Bradford after the wedding has been extremely frustrating and I would not want another bride to go through this mess. It really is a shame because my pictures are beautiful.

My next step will be contacting a lawyer.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bradford Shepherd’s photography services. I contracted with him to take my June 2008 wedding pictures. He was very service oriented up until the wedding – after the wedding has been a completely different story. It took him months to post my pictures, and he only posted half the pictures online because he accidentally posted the other half on someone else’s account. Getting my prints was a nightmare – it took months of phone calls and emails. My wedding was 10 months ago, and I am still without the album he is contractually obligated to produce for me. Often times his email box is full and he is unreachable by phone. Working with Bradford after the wedding has been extremely frustrating and I would not want another bride to go through this mess.

bradford did my wedding october of 07 and his pictures are nothing to brag about. i could have had one of my guests take pictures and gotten the same quality. a few weeks after the wedding, i asked him if the pictures would be available to view on his website before christmas and he assured me they would be. i didn't get to even order them until october of 08, A WHOLE YEAR LATER. during that year, i repeatedly e-mailed and called to ask if i could at least get the cd with all of the pictures he promised not to long after the wedding and didn't receive it until JUST LAST WEEK. my 8x10s also arrived and they aren't what i ordered. i'm almost to the point where i ask him to give me a portion of my money back...i'd probably get my pictures the day after i asked...
