Depends on what the definition of dirty means. If you mean sexual, I'd do her depending on who she is. If she uses obscenities, I'd spit on her and run away.

This actually happens to me quite often. Thankfully, I've perfected a cold, piercing glare that usually makes them back off. If that doesn't work, there's always pepper spray. This, of course, is under the presumption that the person doing the talking is a stranger.

It all depends on on who we're talking about.If the lady is a street walker, i would ignore the remarks and leave. it the lady is a productive, regular member of society, things may vary a bit. However, I like to know my women before i go too far, so at most i would establish a friendship.

Usually when this happens and I respond they either 1) give up or 2) get the bejesus scared out of them. Yeah, I know. I can be a horrible human being.

Again, depends on the situation and the intention of the other person. In my younger single days, I would definitely have gone along, if for nothing else than just to see how far this person wanted to take it. If its menacing, then acting like it has no effect is the best recourse. Act like you've heard it all before, and can't imagine why they're wasting your time. They'll get bored and find someone else to annoy. Last resort would be getting security or someone else involved.

Depends on how attractive she is. The corner hooker isn't going to get a lot of attention from me, but if it's a total babe I might be inclined to go along.

Unfortunately, I've had this happen to me--in middle school, if you can believe that. She would just come to where I sat and talk dirty to both myself and my best friend. Even when we moved clear across the lunchroom (when other bullies would not stop picking on us), this happened. Since she was a stranger, and I don't talk about things like that in a public envrionment like school, I would either do one of a few things: 1) ask her politely to stop, 2) ignore her until she changes topics, or my personal favorite, 3) talk about something completely opposite or atypical that will make her stop. Talking about Star Trek or cartoons was great, especially if played in character. Of course, I was always willing to play my Captain role, even if I didn't have my Starfleet uniform. :)
