I like to leave a little room in front of my car but the people who grate me are the ones who need several car lengths in front of them, especially on very congested roads with lots of lights.

Seems to me that the opposite would be just as bad. That is, speeding up at a yellow light so as to beat the red. This usually results in the driver sitting in the middle of a now gridlocked intersection.

Another case of inconsiderate driving. You know the light is going to turn red soon but you slow down while everyone is speeding up making everyone in the back miss the light. I sometimes wonder why car companies make rearview mirrors because a lot of people don't use them.
