Davey Allison had talent to spare. If his life had not been shortened, he would have surely challenged Petty and Earnhart for the title of King of NASCAR.

I know for sure that this guy would be up there with David Pearson and Darrell Waltrip for being the most victorious besides Richard Petty. He showed great skills on the track and it's a shame he's gone.

A good driver, thats for sure. The landscape of NASCAR would be much much different were he alive today.

overrated..... Good race car driver but most of the hype was because he was an Allison
