Mr. Langley is the REAL DEAL!!! I have looked high and low for an instructor to give me the kind of instruction I want and need. I have probably trained with every martial arts instructor in Sacramento and all promise the sun and can't deliver!!! Mr. Langley can & does. He listens to his student's wants and needs and can tailor your training to your needs. This is the place to train!!! I am glad I joined.

Nice school. Mr. Langley is a competent martial artist and the school has an inviting feeling to it. Classes are at convenient times and they are very welcoming to new people.
