 | irishgit (138) 02/19/2007 | Depends on whether we're talking munching candy bar, or gobbling a three course meal.
I've seen people spooning noodles out of a bowl while driving, which terrifies me, given that they seem to be more focussed on their guts than the road.

 | 93century (36) 07/12/2005 | Back in 1994, Burger King had Whoppers on wednesday for 99 cents. On the way to work, i was eating my Whoppers on the expressway. I almost rear ended a semi! When this happened, i only had my drivers liecence a year. You live, you learn!

 | bobble-head (29) 06/24/2005 | I don't care how busy you say you are, you can afford ten to twenty minutes to stop and eat without simultaneously driving a car.

 | PTRoxieMisha (3) 11/29/2004 | Unless you're just sucking on a hard candy or chewing gum, don't even think about eating behind the wheel.

 | Mr.Political (18) 11/19/2004 | I very seldom do this, but not because it's a danger to the other drivers (which it is), rather just because it's way to uncomfortable to do.

 | Molfan (57) 06/08/2004 | could be dangerous. I imagine a lot of people have been guilty of this at one time or another. Sipping on a drink could be in this too. the two worst part of this is it can be distracting, and what if you choke while driving?

 | abichara (60) 03/14/2004 | Definitely not the worst thing you can do. If you're eating a sandwich or a candybar, it's fine. If you're drinking coffee from a thermos, it's fine. If you're on a roadtrip, you've got to eat and drink. It can be a minor distraction, but even these can cause an accident.
