09/21/2005 | Don't know too many of Newman's works, but my favourite has to be 'The Road to Perdition'.
That was a great movie, and a truly great performance.

09/21/2005 | Of the many outstanding, considered and thoughtful performances Paul Newman has given, I believe the portrayal of the recovering alcholic plaintiff's lawyer in The Verdict was his finest. He very much captured the essence of a flawed human being who had been worn down by life but had managed to retain a core of decency and sense of righteousness.
