Sandy Koufax was brilliant, as usual. If I had to choose one pitcher in major league history to pitch in Game 7 of the World Series, it would be Koufax. It's a shame his arm gave out.

Koufax was once again the difference, striking out 29 and allowing only 2 runs in 24 innings to take the MVP for the second time. Mudcat Grant did his best for the Twins, winning two and contributing a 3 run blast, but it wasn't enough.
