Wonderful action and excitement. Molitor's five hit game, sixth game heroics for St. Louis, seven-game series. All-in-all deserves to be in the top-twenty.

Possibly the least dramatic Series that went to 7 games. Sadly, this may very well be accurately portrayed as the Brewer's only good season.

Harvey's Wallbangers were fun to watch, but they couldn't get it done against the Cards. Willie McGee had a brilliant series as a rookie, hitting two homers and making two impossible catches in game 3.
