these people have the WORST customer service, HORRIBLE shipping. and TERRIBLE products. DO NOT SHOP HERE! SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THE DOLLAR STORE!! YOU'LL GET MORE FOR YOUR MONEY AND IT WILL LAST JUST AS LONG!

I ordered a ring on February 17th 2009, I paid an extra $20 for 2-3 day shipping. They are now telling me my ring is on backorder and I will not recieve it until after march 17th. There was never any indication the ring was on backorder when I purchased it. As a matter of fact it said it was in stock. I requested they refund my $20 for the shipping charges, and they refuse to do that. I am very unhappy with this company and refuse to buy another item from them. If they would refund my money now I would cancel my order and go elsewhere. Out of all the reviews I have read about this company 8 out of 10 have been negative. I wish I would have researched this company a little better before I made my purchase. Good luck to the next person who makes an order with Palm Beach Jewelry. I hope you get your money's worth.

I ordered a personalized name pendant from PBJ on 11-06-08 and it arrived on 12-8-08.The customer service was awful.I emailed to find out what size chain it would fit on,also to request no invoices in the package,and got no responses!Furthermore,the pendant has a scratch right across the "R" in the name and when looking at it horizontally-its crooked!!They also attempted to stall on delivery until after Christmas-after a phone call,with me in tears,it arrived on the original date stated.I would return this item,but I don't think personalized items are allowed to be returned and I would have nothing to give the recipient!Extremely disappointed.

Typical copycat online re-seller. Junk and commerical jewellery, abysmal customer service. Plus small ugly pictures of the jewellery retuched in the Photoshop. Real items NOT as pictured and described. Be aware!

They have very affordable very nice jewelry. Not platinum or anything I do not think, but they have sterling and gold through mail order and online. I have usedthem for a long time, and we are now using a ring from them as my wedding ring!! It has 8 CZ for diamond look, and we paid $40. I get complimented daily. It's completely not real diamonds! THey are a wonderful company and make no false claims.
