A power hitting monster, second only to Schmidt in that regard at the position, with a very good glove. He's in the very top rank at the position, with Robinson, Schmidt, and Brett.

I'm partial to Eddie Mathews who was a slugger and one of my first baseball cards.

Excellent, a slugger with the fine Milwaukee Braves teams of the 50's and 60's. Second only to the great Schmidt in terms of all-time homers by third basemen, and among the very greatest at that position ever.
