Before becoming the legendary manager of the New York Giants, McGraw was one of the best third basemen of his era (the 1890s) A strong and disciplined hitter, an excellent baserunner and a skilled fielder he was also one of the dirtiest players in the history of the game.

Better known as a legendary Giants manager, but drew a ton of walks, has amazing on base percentages, and could hit very well in the 1890's with the fabled rough and tumble Baltimore dynasty.
