We had to ask for bread twice and then when it was finally brought to the table we had to then ask for bread plates. the 2nd time we asked for bread about 10 minutes after the 1st time, the waiter aswered give us a minute mamn The salad were over salted to the point the I couldn`t eat mine(they took it off of the bill)The entrees were very good.Overall certainly not worth the price.

Dear Consumer Affairs Manager,
On Saturday, May 8, 2004, I took my wife and guests to your Emerils restaurant in Universal for dinner. We had a high level of expectation concerning the restaurant and the food, because we are big fans of Emerils from his television programs.
Unfortunately, the experience we had that night did not even come close to meeting that level of expectation. Your food quality was poor, the preparation was deplorable and service was inadequate. I ordered calamari for an appetizer. As I was eating my appetizer, I discovered a large piece of plastic, approximately three inches long by one-half inch wide. This piece of plastic had actually been cooked in the food. I could not believe that in a restaurant of your stature, that I would have this problem. Your staff assured me that any incident like this was extremely rare and that my party would still benefit from an outstanding evening. However, they were shortly proven wrong. Next, when our entrees arrived, the wait staff placed them incorrectly. They had to be picked up and they were then served again and once again incorrectly. During desert, my wife discovered a piece of paper inside of her desert. Once again, we called the wait staff to out table. Soon after they arrived, another member of our party discovered a similar piece of paper in her desert. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed because of all these problems. I would not expect this poor food preparation in a fast food restaurant, let alone in a restaurant of your stature. I would also question the quality and cleanliness of the food preparation.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full refund for the evening. Your restaurant manger did make an attempt to compensate me during our visit. However, after spending some time reviewing all the problems were encountered, I believe a full refund is in order. The total of my bill is $233.18. I would be happy to forward you a copy of my receipt and credit card bill.

 | Rleucisticccc (0) 04/03/2004 | MY DAUGHTER TOOK ME TO THE EMERILS AT UNIVERSAL IN ORLAND TODAY FOR MY BIRTHDAY AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS WAS NOT ONLY A GREAT DAY FOR ME BUT MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN COUNTING DOWN THE DATS TILL WE GOT TO GO. I WAS HOWEVER A BIT UNCONFTERBLE WITH HER AND MY ATIRE AS WE WERE TOLD NICE DRESS AND LONG SLEEVES FOR ME HOWEVER APOUN OUR ARIVAL WE SEE STANDERED DRESS FOR THEME PARKS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT BUT HER AND I GOT ALL DRESES UP TO LOOK REALLY OUT OF PLACE. BUT WE WERE THE BEST LOOKING COUPLE IN THERE. THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE WERE GREAT AND I WILL RECOMEND IT TO OTHERS.
