a 3.5. she is getting better. I like her in Big Love. have not seen a lot of her work.

I did not know much about her until she starting appearing in Big Love.  I think she is excellent.

Does a good job in playing bitchy Nicki on Big Love.

She just doesn't impress me one way or the other.

She's a great actress but totally stuck up.

Used to see her all the time on Metro North trains to Grand Central station. I remember she was in Palmetto and was good in Last Days of Disco as well.

One of the most under-rated actresses, who doesn't even have to make an effort to be effective in a performance. She knows how to hold the audiences attention without taking a shallow role in a Hollywood blockbuster, she truly is the indie queen with a catalogue of quality work behind her - Kids, If These Walls Could Talk 2, The Last Days of Disco, Boys Don't Cry, Gummo, Shattered Glass, American Psycho. Chloe's very honest and natural in what she does, there are no airs or graces or any grey areas, what you see is what you get. She's comfortable in her own skin making her possess a unique style and eye for fashion without purposely trying to shock or trying too hard to make a huge effort to be different.

I think they could've found someone better for Boys Don't Cry. She is somewhat talented, but her looks are lacking and her performances are only so-so.

I think Chloe is brilliant. I first saw her in "Boys dont Cry", and thought she delivered a very convincing and moving performance. I was WOWED by her portrayal of Amy in "If these walls could talk 2"- she is sexy and magnetic, and there is real chemistry between her and her on screen lover, Michelle Williams. Deffinately doesnt get enough credit for her work!

Fabulous, quirky talent who's choices for roles in independent films stands out. Chloe Sevigny has wowed this Cow with her performances in Boys Don't Cry, American Psycho, and Kids, and one can se that she has an enormous talent. She doesn't seem to click in standard Hollywood fare(Studio 54, Boys on the Side), but that is probably a good thing. Chloe is also a very attarctive actress with a different sort of beauty, not your standard model type(although she was a model early on in her career). The MooCow thinks this actress is one of the finest young performers in independent film; she needs only to find a niche in Hollywood to make herself into a full-fledged star.

I don't have a lot of room to talk because i don't know very much about her. Her style is different, and unique, and that is always refreshing in my book. However, her style is not my style. Thats why my opinion is reduced.

She and Ellen Degeneres are clones.

I like Chloe's looks. She's smokey. In "If these walls could talk 2" she was great as the tough lesbian. Heck i was attracted to her and i'm not even a lesbian.

Chloe Sevigny is a very underated actress. I loved her in Kids. She is beautiful and will one day win an Oscar.

As far as actresses go chloe is all right. The only reason I remember some of her performances is because the film was good. The only stand out performances she has had were in If These Walls Could Talk 2 and Boys Don't Cry. Her work in Kids,Gummo,American Psycho and others all seemed lacking and not very well defined. She is better than most of the teen Bop so called actor crowd. I definatly give her props for her choice of juicy roles. If I were a girl I would die for her career. She is OK not Great. Her best is If These Walls Could Talk 2.

I first saw her in Trees Lounge and really enjoyed her work in that. She was great as "Lana" in Boy's Don't Cry. She was also really good as the wife-beater wearing, tough girl lesbian in If These Walls Could Talk 2. He haven't seen her give a bad performance yet.

I think she is an amazing actor. I first saw her back in 1994 in the movie, "Kids." I had seen her before as a model/actress in Seventeen magazine. Then I didn't see her for a while. She then was in Studio 54. The next movie that I saw her in was "Boys on the Side." I thought that not only was the movie incredible but so was Chloe. I now seek out movies that she is in, because I think so highly of her as an actress. I also really respect the fact that she does so many independent films and hasn't "sold out" in to Hollywood yet.
