03/13/2005 | There is a lot of truth in this, but it doesn't always have to be taken negatively. We also reap benefits from the investments of previous generations, such as things they have invented, wars they won, etc.

03/13/2005 | When you really see it, the dialetic is a good way of surmising human history. Every generation has to deal with the legacy of the last one. However looking back on history, it seems as if we don't take many of its lessons to heart.
