When you get near the top of a list, it gets harder to say anything different- suffice it to say that the guy is a legend for good reason. A consistently remarkable and outstanding player who aged very slowly.

Hammerin Hank is by far the greatest Right fielder in history - taking nothing away from Ruth. Hank to do it all - his homers were just one facet of his game. He won a batting title and won gold golves - he was the best.

Not only the best hitting right fielder but also the best defense also.

Unmatched consistancy. Averaged 35+ home runs for his entire career (22 years) and over .300 BA, not to mention a nearly .600 slugging percentage. Incredible.
