Freeway has shady business practicess. If you for somme reason are late, as I was two days late. They will call you and tell you that you're policy has canceled and you must start a new one. When all you have to do is simply make a payment and reinstate. They will ask for a new down payment of a few hundred dollars or they are gona report you to the DMV. Don't even try to complain cause they will hang up in you'r face, give you false names, etc. I simply called my insurance companys marketing dept. and informed them of the practices.
