As an idiot grad student, I thought this was a good idea since I was losing time to exercise and needed more energy. My sister and I did this together and totally regretted it.
For one, you are so jittery that holding a pen the first week is a challenge. The energy boost was there but felt very strange. And after a month on this I started having chest pains! Yeah, a 21 year old woman in good health with chest pains. Not good. So I stopped. My sister had the same issue and ended up at the doctor with a small heart murmur. Which subsided after she stopped use.
No thank you.

03/05/2004 | This stuff is by far superior to the most of the other crap on the market. I prefer the xenadrine with the ephedra, but now that its not being sold this is definitely the best alternative.
