I made a reservation through this website, entered my credit card info and got a confirmation number. The day before I was to travel, I got a call from this company stating that there were technical problems and that my booking would have to be redone and that nothing had been charged to my credit card as of yet. Of course, by then the price had gone up by $200! After about 1 1/2 hours on the phone I finally hashed out an itinerary that would fit my schedule and at only about $80 more. I was then transferred to their verification department who said they could not verify my credit card information because my bank was closed on Sunday! They offered to call me back the next day, Monday. I said absolutely not. This was definately a scam and I knew that by Monday, the price would be even more! I told them to cancel my entire booking and that there had better be no charge made to my credit card. I threatened them with attorney action if there was. I should have checked this company out before I made reservation but they were last minute reservations and I was in a hurry. Now, it's REALLY last minute and I have no ticket. I will definately be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my state's Attorney General's office!

Onetravel.com is bad news. I booked a hotel room and they confirmed the rate and told me what my exact billing will be to my credit card. After not receiving the promised confirmation email I called back to customer service and found out that my booking was fine but my credit card was to be billed nearly 40% more than the agent had quoted. No explanation was offered. She had basically lied in order to make the booking. I am waiting for a refund to be issued. We'll see what happens. Stay away from these crooks.
