Caliber Collision sells customers on a "100% lifetime warranty" which actually is a sales pitch that is a complete lie to your face. The customer serviceman who "sold" their job/work to me claimed their work was inspected weekly by my insurance company....sounds great...but the truth is Caliber Collision doesn't even inspect their work before calling the owner saying "your car is done early" ... sounded great until I saw the car with overspray in EVERY door jam, and the paint job was wavy with TRASH in the paint all through the side of the car... clearly my insurance co. did not inspect my vehicle. On pick-up I asked why this was, and the Caliber sales rep told me "let the paint settle and bring it back in a month and I will fix it, even if I have to repaint the side of the car". Two months later I dropped the car off (2008 model) sold with the same story from the same sales rep. Ill fix it even if I have to re-paint the side of the car. When I picked up the car (for the 2nd time) Caliber did a wash/wax job and nothing was repaired. I asked them why, after their guarantee, that it was not repaired, and they responded, "When will you be out of town again so we can fix it?" So that tells me Caliber Collision never intended to repair my car and assumed I would just deal with the bad repair. 100% lifetime warranty? Dont consider them for your repair.
