This is the company for Sonic Impact Technologies which is what I was given when I called information. There is no human being when the phone answers, I have yet to get an email back or a call back. The Sonic Impact website does not allow purchases. TERRIBLE.

There is no customer service at this company because no one ever picks up the phone and no one returns emails. BAD!
