Other options? How about Do not use in mouth or ears or something like that? Or, Do not immerse in swimming pool. Or, Not for use underground. See, there are plenty of ways any normal person could make a mistake...

Who knows, some people might assume that some types of Christmas lights can be used only inside or outside. But this one is really stupid. Lets come up with a creative use for Christmas lights!!
