Please don't let your kids and yourself be the next victim. Their service is terrible and you can see how bad they tried to deep pocket you!Let me tell you my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with them: since we were new in SD, we found this place in the ads and brought our 3 years old kid to get the treatment for his rotten front teeth. They charged us $500 out of pocket even we were fully insured. Even they promised there will be no pain. My kid was CRYING AND SCREAMING for 2 hrs. They tied up my kid so bad that when he got home, half of his hand was BRUISTED (dark purple) for a week. The doctor made 2 new crowns for his front teeth. About 2 weeks later, the crowns turn from white to brown (very ugly) and about a year later, the crown broke off. My husband took our kid to ABC Children Dentistry again and the doctor suggested that we have to put him in general anesthesia so she can do a better job. They asked my husband to deposit $400 and said the general anesthesia will cost about $600. They gave my husband the appointment card said: there will be a $50.00 charge for appointments canceled or broken without 48hrs advance notice. Later, we recieve the letter from the anesthesian office said, the cost will be $800-$1000. We decided not to go with it since it is too expensive and my husband just lost his job, we can not afford it. I called ABC Children Dentistry again to cancelled the appointment. The receptionist said they will not refund our $400 deposit since it took so much time and effort to them to arrange this appointment!!
