 | excelsior30 (8) 06/07/2004 | Novices when they are this high, but they are, with luck bounces, the team is one that should be administered to be powerful. (Update: Now the real test begins! If you saw how the Habs rallied to beat Boston, they are a potential team that can upset the Lightning if they keep it up. Khabibulin and Martin St. Louis will not be enough to beat them- EVERYONE on the team should step up.) Update on 4/29: Many heroes on this team make this one the team to beat. Yes, everyone is involved and they can face anyone. They will have the best shot of getting the Prince of Wales Trophy is if they do not face Philly; but we shall see if they do, they can overmatch their strength. 5/22: And so they barely did. They are a contender, but do realize what they will go through- the only team from Canada is very good on winning on the road. Be on the lookout for the 4th line for the Flames- they are underrated.--->6/7 It has been history- they were the first florida team to win Frederick Arthur's (Lord Stanley's) trophy. The Bulin Wall was proven strong, the scorers were scoring and finally, Dave Andrechuhk can hoist it. How phenomenal they were when they faced their opponents. If it weren't for the power play, they would not have gotten this far; and that controversial save that Khabibulin did in Game 6 when the puck clanged off of Gelenas' skate would have denied Tampa a championship in all three sports before the Devil Rays came. I salute you Lightning, enjoy the Cup!

 | hockeyrevol9 (0) 05/16/2004 | This team is a team with explosive offense and they are very exciting to watch. They never give up and are always looking to score. I expect them to go far.

 | irishgit (137) 04/19/2004 | They look pretty good, but the lack of playoff experience may hurt them. They should make it through the first round easily, but things always get tougher after that. UPDATE: As expected, did away with the Islanders fairly easily. Their next opponent, the Canadiens, looks to be somewhat tougher, and come in on a big high. This will be a big test for the inexperienced Lightning's young players.

 | Davis21Wylie (1) 04/12/2004 | All I know is that those 106 Pts were almost totally amassed by running roughshod over the weak Southeast division. They won't make it past an Ottawa or a Boston in later rounds.
