 | Blanco~Nino (0) 02/27/2005 | The Bruins (my favoorite team) always reminded me of the Duke Blue Devils. They always win tons of ames, but they seldom go all the way.

 | yisman (0) 04/19/2004 | Let's see them get out of the first round. This team has burst onto the scene in the past month, led by rookie goaltender Andrew Raycroft and star forward Joe Thornton.
UPDATE: Nice choke, Boston!

 | excelsior30 (8) 04/19/2004 | 4/4 With what is happening to the goalie Raycroft, they are the one that will go all the way with lots of help from Glen Murray, Sergei Gonchar, & Joe Thorton- if he is okay to play. (After stunning series defeat:) OH, I'M SO WRONG! :) What happened to these Bruins? It is highly uncharacteristic for them to let Montréal win three straight for the first time ever in this rivalry and in any series. I guess ESPN was right, if Thorton does not have a point in game 7, the the Bruins will lose. The record of letting a team come back 3-1 against them in an SC series will haunt them forever. Poor them!

 | irishgit (135) 04/19/2004 | They look sharp and strong. If they get by their hated Montreal rivals in the first round, they should do well. UPDATE: After the first game the Bruins never looked good. This series went the distance because Boston got a few breaks. This series could easily have been over in five games with Montreal as victors. Raycroft and the defense called in sick.
